UNwineD, the great wine event in Panama City Beach.

We are back from Panama City Beach. It was such a blast to be part of UNwineD, one of the biggest wine, beer and food events in Florida! Impeccably organized, the fair brought brands and visitors from all over the country and according to Jayna Leach, vice president of marketing for Visit Panama City Beach, this year's UNwineD was nothing short of record breaking. With 1,600 people in attendance, the festival kicked off Friday with a VIP party from 6 to 8 p.m. There was then another VIP party Saturday before general admission from 1 to 4:30 p.m. According to Leach, 2021 marked the fifth year of the event, which was cancelled last year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. It's held at Aaron Bessant Park and normally occurs during the third weekend in March. "I feel like the excitement is definitely in the air because this is one of the first events to happen in Panama City Beach (since COVID-19)," she said. "This is just a unique afternoon garden party in Panama City Beach. Everybody really gets into it. They all dress up, they wear sunhats (and) it's just like this elegant, beautiful afternoon."

UNwineD featured performances from Ayron Jones, a rock musician out of Seattle, Washington, and cooking demonstrations from celebrity chef Kelsey Barnard Clark. It garnered about 300 more guests than during past years and boasted about 50 vendors, its largest amount ever gathered.

We are definitely coming back next year since our brands were so well received! Actually one of the prestigious wineries we represent, Anecoop Bodegas, was selected as the winner of 'Top Wine' category! A selection of wines from Avelino Vegas, Monte Quieto and KWV wineries were part of our portfolio as well.
